Pricing
Free while we launch.
Ackeemeter charges no platform fee during beta. This page says what that covers and what it does not, because a pricing page that needs a phone call is not really a pricing page.
- 0% platform fee
- No listing fee
- No contract
The platform fee
Nothing on any booking, for as long as beta lasts.
Every kind of business, every parish, unlimited listings and unlimited bookings. When pricing arrives it lands here first, and every business hears it by email before it applies.
Everything the platform does, and three things it doesn't.
Included
- Unlimited services and listings
- Unlimited bookings
- Your own booking form per service
- Group bookings and per-guest lists
- Itinerary builder and share links
- Partnerships between businesses
- Booking and itinerary emails
- Every parish, every kind of business
Not in version one
Card payments
Version one does not process cards. You collect on arrival, invoice, or use your own processor. Ackeemeter tracks the payment status either way.
Money between businesses
Partner commissions are recorded on the partnership. Ackeemeter does not settle them for you, so what you agree, you settle.
A mobile app
The platform is a website that works beautifully on a phone. There is no app-store build yet.
The questions an operator actually asks.
- What does 0% actually mean?
- We take no cut of any booking made through Ackeemeter during beta. Not on direct bookings, not on itinerary bookings, not on partner bookings. There is no listing fee and no monthly fee either.
- What is the catch?
- We need real operators using a new platform, and you need bookings. That is the trade. We would rather earn a fee later than charge for something that has not proved itself yet.
- When does beta end?
- There is no date. When we introduce pricing we will publish it on this page first, and tell every business by email before anything changes. Nothing starts charging silently.
- Do I need a contract?
- No. Publish what you want, pause it when you want, archive it when you are done. Your listings and your customer records are yours.
- Who holds the customer details?
- The business that took the booking. Form answers and guest lists belong to the operator running that service, and other businesses only ever see your published page.
- How will you make money later?
- The likely shape is a small fee on bookings we actually bring you, with your own direct bookings staying free. That is the plan, not a promise, and it will be published before it is applied.
Nothing to weigh up.
It costs nothing to list, nothing to take a booking, and nothing to leave. The only thing you spend is the afternoon it takes to write your listings.
